Internship Program
Our internship program is designed for university students hoping to meet their academic expectations by providing work experience to the candidates. The ideal candidate is a student in his/her final years at school. The candidate should be in any of the following disciplines:

The duration of internship is between 3-6 months and is extendable only in special circumstances. Swiftlife may offer a stipend to the candidate.

Trainee program
The trainee program is designed for candidates who have graduated not more than 12 months before the date of application.The program is more intense and rigorous as compared to the internship program. A higher professional standard is expected of the Trainee as s/he is tasked with more responsibility within the organization. It is preferable that a past intern of Swiftlife serve as a Trainee. However, non-swiftlife applicants are considered. The candidate must posses a displayed interest in insurance. S/he should also have past working experience. They should also posses a degree or diploma in any of the following fields:

The position of Trainee holds the possibility of permanent employment. The duration of the program is between 3-6 months and is extendable only in special circumstances. Swiftlife shall offer a stipend to the candidate.
